Can i find somebody on facebook by having a picture of them?

Recently somebody added me on facebook and it was a preaty good looking girl,so i was like who is this normaly i would not add random people but hey she was hot and she went to a school near me at least thats what her profile said than i saw that we had a around 30 people mutual to my suprise there were all guys and 1 girl.the fact the she was hot and added me wasnt a big deal cause im good looking my self and i had cute girls add me before.with that being said i started talking to her she msg me first --------strange she showed alot of interest firts time the happens cute *** girl showing alot of interest in getting to know me.so we end up talking for a good minute about 3 4 hrs tham i went trut her pics and something didnt add up a realy cute girl had little comments less than five on each pic and there were all from random dudes form all over the usa thats were i got realy sus..... about her nest thing i know she got freaky wish at the time was more like a turn on a y girl sounding like that..perfect but now that i dont think shes realy a girl im realy discusted....that bein said she send me a pic of her self didnt come easy i had to spit some game;) so i got it but she ask me for a pic firts so no i dont ask girls to send me pics of them self not to often at least..heres were all my douts begain the pic didnt look nuthing like her it had some similaritys but not sure if the pic look like the ones on her profile... the reason i took the time to type all this is because this person has one of the most believeble fake account i ever seen the could mean some trouble if he or she is tryn to harm somebody you never know if somebody takes the time to creat a fake person online and wants to meet up with people is kinda strange......if some knows of a way to find people with their profile pics so i can probably tell the real person what this other person is doing with her pics .................
