Has anyone experienced this?

For the past two nights i have this heavy type feeling in my lowers abd... like right now im lying on my left side and it just feels heavy.. ive been gasy, i feel bloated to the point that when i just sit in a chair i can feel the full, heavy type feeling and everything just feels likes it hanging over and just big! i have posted other questions and i go to the dr on wed... but i was just wondering has anyone felt like this in early pregnancy?
