Do i have a STD??? please help me?

I have been ually active with my partner for about a MONTH. Every time we have i notice about 4 bumps on the skin between my and . im getting really nervous because i dont know wat it is. It only happens right after we have so im guessing its an allergic reaction (lubricant or cheap scented pantiliners). we had unprotected once and that was the first time we did it together. im scared to go to the clinic with him because he is perfectly fine done there. if its a std why isn't he showing signs????
