What should I bring to the party?

Tonight I'm going to a party and they have asked me to bring an appetizer or a bottle of wine. I would like to bring an appetizer but I don't have any time to make anything. I get off work at 5 and the party is at 6. With traffic, and changing clothes I will just have to pick something up. It's going to be sort of a fancy party. What should I bring? (I would like to bring an appetizer because I will bring a bottle of wine for the host)
