Why am i not loosing weight i am still gaining?

well for one muscle weighs more than weight. You need to eat breakfast. I hated eating it but it gets your metabolism going. Eat a portion size or oatmeal or cereal. If your exerscing three times and a day you need to eat more than that because your working off more than your eating and your body is trying to go off the fat you have. So eat like two more small snacks like something healthy and watch your portion sizes. something with calories. I am not sure yet but you can find something i am sure
