My boyfriend is portuguese and i am from the uk, i'm going to visit him what should i expect?

we've been in a long distance relationship for 5months. he came to visit me here and he was so sweet and really attentive and loving. i'm nervous about going there cuz i'll be staying in his house he lives with 3girls who cook and clean for him all the time. i'm scared about meeting the girls cuz i dont know portuguese and sometimes girls arent as friendly as guys plus he keeps making jokes about me cooking for him and his friends. do portuguese men expect girls to look after them? he was really liberal when he was here he cooked and did dishes but iv heard portuguese men arent normally like that.
