Lease exemptions due to military enrollment?

Yeah, if you are PCSing / deploying then you can break your lease. You need to provide a copy of your orders. You will probably still owe one months rent. If can't handle the paperwork yourself, then be sure you have a power of attorney lined up. Make sure you always read the terms of any lease or contract you sign. It would be under a "military clause".
