Which would be worse, being tormented by a haunting spirit or being abducted by aliens?

A spirit because they are real. I don't think I believe in aliens....i don't know I'm still on the fence about that one. But if they are real then aliens, because I ume they would have a physical body and according to spirits that makes all the difference in harnessing the energy it would take to hurt some one physically. and that is way scarier than any spirit I have ever met.
