Any advice for a new rabbit owner?

Hello at the end of next month i am getting a dwarf mini lop bunny rabbit .. i already have a hutch made up and already looking into the best food to buy them to eat but do any of you rabbit owners have any advice on looking after them and keeping them as happy as possible ... it's a easter pressie for my 11 year old brother and i am 19 :) please any advice would be great !
