Automotive body work?

I just bought a used car from a private seller a cpl days ago the car wes rear ended back in may of 09 and it had 131000 miles on it..It was fix at a ford dealer a few days later but the paint has bubbles in it and is chipping, the clear coat as runs and the back door doesn't line up. the dealer has a life time warranty on all body work... so my question is even though im not the same owner of the car when the damage was fixed does the warranty still apply for me?
