Im younger than him..way younger?

it was presidents day weekend and we were at Glamis california and i meet this guy named DJ and he was the most down to earth and we did a lot of stuff and i always remeber that but the promblem is that he is a hitchhiker and got arrested for postion of drugs and he is way older than me i don if i should be in contact with him dont worry he isnt that old hes 24 but give me advice
