What's wrong with this picture?

A few days ago I was picking my daughter up from school. As she climbed into the car, I noticed the girl in the car in front of us buckled her seat belt, lit up her cigarette and sped off. At the time I paused and thought how sad that was and wondered where her parents were to teach her right and wrong. Just a moment later, my daughter rolled down her window and lit a cigarette! Right in front of me! How disrespectful is that? When I let her know how I felt, she asked me to "stop flipping out. It's not a big deal." Not a big deal? My daughter just turned 15. I feel like I really need to teach her a lesson. Why would she show such outright disrespect in a shameful display of rudeness? She's always been such an upstanding young lady. I would've expected she'd be the last person to do this. What do I do now?
