Where Is The Cheapest Place To Repair 8gb iPod Touch 1st Gen Water Damage?

I dropped my 1st Gen 8gb iPod Touch in the sink, and it was submerged for about 5 seconds. The water damage indicator has gone pink, so I can't get Apple to repair it. I've tried putting it in rice and using a hairdryer and all of that stuff. Does anyone know anywhere that would repair it cheaply?
