Who should form the next Irish government?

With the water crisis in Galway and water supply in places like Kilkenny showing signs of being under pressure in cleanliness terms, I'm thinking maybe the Greens should go in with Fianna Fil. But their original agenda was to be part of an alternative government. The P.D.s and Independents would be an option now that MacDowell is gone, but Mary Harney is very anti-competition in the health insurance market and is struggling to handle our crisis healthcare sector. I don't want to see Labour or Sinn Fin in government. Their policies are too left wing for my liking and Sinn Fin seem to have a dubious history. Also I have never forgiven Labour and Spring for pulling out of the Albert Reynolds-led Government during the Northern peace process in the 90s. Fine Gael are unlikely to go in with Fianna Fil and would take too many ministerial positions that the experience of Fianna Fil would handle better.
