Where is Higgs boson?
it is not the higgs boson, it is the higgs field that is (theorized to be) responsible for all the other particles having m. the boson is an excitation of the field. for example, an electric field is not the same thing as the boson that goes with it - that boson is called "photon" (i.e. light). It is like you have to shake the field hard enough (ie. with enough energy equalling the m of the boson you want to create) to shake out the bosons that go with it (which is what the LHC will try to do) - like shaking junk out of a rug (you might even see waves in a rug if you shake it harmoniously (of course the particle is the particle part of wave-particle duality))
